The witness suspects that the man is living in this apartment illegally. This man is now supposed to be heard, but he has disappeared. After the two men initially rejected the 58-year-old’s offer to call the emergency doctor, they later asked him to do so because their cell phone would not work.

The request from the rescue control center to check on the victim turned out to be difficult because his neighbors’ electricity had been turned off. With a headlamp on his head, he finally went into the dark apartment where he saw the motionless man lying on the floor. Although he could neither breath nor feel a pulse, he carried out resuscitation measures until the emergency services arrived. But the victim could no longer be saved.
