The “Bruno Foglino” archery trophy is now in its third edition and, as is now tradition, it will take place at the Circolo ARCI Pianacci, right in the room dedicated to the memory of Bruno Foglino, in memory of his passionate service for the community of the Cep.
On Saturday and Sunday, dozens of archers from 9 to 90 years old will meet in the facility in via della Benedicta 14 for the 18 meter indoor event, sponsored by FitArco.
Three rounds, with twenty athletes each for two days which will start on the 28th (2pm-4pm) and continue on the 29th (9am-4pm).
The competition is made possible by the tenacity of Francesco Dominici, a true point of reference for the Arcieri Grande Genova company for years.
The dimensions of the “Foglino Hall”, equipped with a parquet floor, allow shooting competitions to be held up to a distance of 25 metres.
Francesco Dominici and the ASD Arcieri Grande Genova have been active for several years at the Circolo ARCI Pianacci, a presence at least bi-weekly at the “Sala Foglino” (on Mondays and Fridays) to encourage the introduction to this sporting discipline which, as in the competition in weekend program, can easily be defined as “ageless”.
