The importance of physical activities in a child’s life

Various physical activities and skills at each age stage are undoubtedly an investment in the child’s development, however, the activities must be planned in such a way that the child is not harmed. Any physical activity is desirable and even necessary, but it should be remembered that overexertion has negative consequences, so it is advisable to plan children’s physical activities proportionately so as not to harm the body and to set aside time for both learning and rest. I recommend that parents encourage their children to engage in physical activities that are appropriate for the child’s age.

In infancy
Physical activities play an important role in a baby’s development, and even at this age the baby can come up with activities for himself – all that remains is to provide an appropriate environment.

Movements on the floor
The baby should not be left in a rocking chair for a long time or in other places where his movements are restricted. It would be best to put the little one on the floor, where he can think of different activities and move according to his age and capabilities.

Lessons are designed so that the child is naturally motivated to learn new motor skills and abilities. There are tunnels, ladders, slides, steps in the classroom, where the baby, getting to know the offered activities, develops his physical skills.

Swimming
