Summer flop takes new blow at Club Brugge

Club Brugge treated the supporters to another open training on Wednesday, of course without the absent internationals. Michal Skoras, on the other hand, signed as normal.

After all, the 23-year-old Pole was not called up by new national coach Michal Probierz for the upcoming diptych against Faroe Islands and Moldova. However, Skoras was still a regular presence under his predecessor Fernando Santos.

Downer for Skoras

So it looks like his slow integration at Blauw-Zwart has now also cost the winger his place in his national team. A new setback for Skoras, who was left out of the match selection for the first time against Standard on Sunday.

Ronny Deila undoubtedly hopes that the summer signing can use the international break to finally find his place in Jan Breydel. For the time being, Skoras has failed to justify its six million price tag.

Poland under pressure

After five games, Poland, which travels to Faroe Islands on Thursday evening, is surprisingly in the penultimate place in the European Championship qualifying group. However, Probierz is not counting on a contribution from Skoras to correct this lopsided situation.
