A seventy-six-year-old woman was robbed, attacked and found tied up inside the family tomb at the civil cemetery Of Anzio. The incident occurred this afternoon. The trauma-filled lady was rescued by a cemetery worker who heard the moans. The woman was transported to the hospital in Anzio by the 118 operators. The agents of the local Police Station, the scientific team and the staff of the Rome flying squad intervened on site around 3pm to start the investigations of the case. The woman’s personal items, her bag and her Fiat 500 which was in the parking lot of the elderly city cemetery were stolen. The woman used to go to the cemetery every week to visit her deceased loved ones.
