MESAGNE – Also for this school year, Mens Sana Mesagne goes to school. The “Mens Sana at school 2024” educational project will begin in the next few days, reserved for the first, second and third classes of the II Circolo “Giovanni Falcone” and “Giovanni XXIII” schools. The educational intervention, strongly supported by the Mesagne sports association, has as its objective the diffusion of sport and basketball in particular among the boys and girls of Mesagne. The minibasketball instructor Fabio Mellone, assisted by Francesca Tortorella, will be available during curricular hours in the coming months for the implementation of the project included in the Ptof and approved by the teaching body. 15 classes will be involved and the intervention is totally free, with no costs for families and the school institution. Initiative possible thanks to the director Ornella Manco, the entire teaching staff and the parents. At the end of the lessons, a certificate of participation will be given to all children.
