Indonesian U-17 National Team Welcomes Diaspora Players from Germany and Brazil

Jakarta, tvOnenews.com – The coach of the Indonesian U-17 National Team, Bima Sakti, said that his squad had a number of diaspora players attending their training camp (TC) in Germany.

Two diaspora players who have joined the Indonesian U-17 National Team are Hoffenheim winger, Amar Rayhan Brkic, and Welber Jardim who is currently wearing the uniform of the Brazilian club, Sao Paulo.

“We have also had diaspora players, thank God we have Amar. “This is a Hoffenheim player, a team participating in the Bundesliga,” said Bima Sakti, Tuesday.

Bima said Amar joined the U-17 Indonesian National Team squad on Monday (9/10/2023). The player is believed to have contributed, because he has experience playing at the club ranked fifth in the Bundesliga.

“Their main team is ranked 5th in the Bundesliga. “So, he (Amar Amar Rayhan Brkic) has been present since yesterday,” said Bima Sakti.

Meanwhile, Welber Jardim has also trained with the U-17 Indonesian National Team squad.

Welber Jardim currently has Indonesian blood from his mother. However, he followed in his father’s footsteps to play football in Brazil.
