tvOnenews.com – Indonesian National Team coach, Shin Tae-yong has the opportunity to no longer call up PSM Makassar player, Yance Sayuri because he was caught playing against Madura United in the League 1 follow-up match.
In the match which took place at the BJ Habibie Stadium, Sunday (9/10/2023), Yance played as a starter before being replaced by Muhammad Mufli Hidayat in the 79th minute.
Yance is actually on the list of 25 players that Shin Tae-yong brought to the Garuda Squad to face Brunei Darussalam on 12 and 17 October 2023.
However, the South Korean coach dropped Yance because the 25 year old player was suffering from an injury.
Therefore, he replaced Yance with Hokky Caraka.
Apart from Yance, STY also dropped Jordi Amat and Ivar Jenner who were currently injured.
Instead, he called Madura United’s defender, Fachruddin Aryanto and PSM player, Dzaky Asraf.
