The central FC Barcelona Map León received an elbow from the rival Van dongenfrom Atlético de Madrid, which caused a large wound to his eyebrow and left a shocking image on the field of play, with his face bathed in blood.
Mapi was attended to by Dr. A.S. Yanguas and returned to the field of play with a white bandage that was checked at half-time and replaced with a black one.
After the meeting it was her own Mapi León who shared on her social networks an image in which her eyebrow could be seen open and later sutured, after receiving five stitches.
The Aragonese defender accompanied in her publication the video of the elbow from Van Dongen with a loud and clear message: “We need VAR”, alluding to the fact that the play was not even punished as a foul and that the red and white soccer player got away with it while she returned home with a large gap on her face.
