Eden Hazard Contemplates Future in Coaching After Retirement

Main attraction of a gala match this Wednesday evening, Eden Hazard delivered his first interviews since announcing his retirement. If he notably explained the reasons for ending his career (“I no longer enjoyed the field”), he was also questioned by beIN Sports about a possible retraining in the world of football.

If he initially closed the door to a future as a coach (“It requires too much time and involvement”), the Brainois did not hide the fact that he might want to coach “toddlers”, “five or six years”, one day. A good way to combine pleasure without putting too many constraints on yourself and your love of children.

It remains to be seen whether it will be in Madrid, where he still lives, or in Belgium. But it’s a safe bet that this announcement was taken literally by several club presidents.
