Adrian Mannarino is the winner of the $1,093,360 ATP 250 tournament in Astana. In the final, the 35-year-old Frenchman defeated the American Sebastian Korda (ATP/28) 4:6, 6:3, 6:2 after being down one set.
Mannarino had also thwarted two Austrians on the way to the title. In the quarterfinals, the left-hander won against Jurij Rodionov, and in the semifinals Mannarino took the Austrian number one in men’s tennis, Sebastian Ofner, out of the tournament.
For the Frenchman it was his fourth tournament victory on the ATP tour. The 35-year-old won three of his four tournament victories in 2023 and 2022, respectively.
