This Saturday is the fourth day of the Santiago 2023 Pan American Games, which will run until November 5 in Chile. More than 8,000 athletes from 41 different countries make up the historical maximum number of athletes in this competition and, after the opening ceremony that took place this Friday, it will be time to continue with the activities on the busiest day since the beginning.

More than 10 disciplines have their appearance and one of them will be boxing. This activity is one of those that grants Olympic places (the two finalists in each of the 13 categories will qualify for Paris 2024). Three Argentines will participate in the round of 16 in separate matches to climb to the medal fight.

The first big news of the day was given by Fernanda Russo, who managed to seal her ticket to the Paris 2024 Olympic Games in the 10m Rifle category. The shooter finished third and won the silver medal.
