Valdeluz Municipal Sports Center and Yebes City Council Present Exciting 2023-2024 Sports and Cultural Season

After more than a month of waiting, today, Saturday, September 9, the Valdeluz Municipal Sports Center and the Yebes City Council have presented the 2023-2024 sports and cultural season with an open day in which interested users had the opportunity to receive detailed information and resolve all your doubts in a dozen tents set up inside the sports hall, resulting in “a resounding success in participation”, have described the Councilor for Sports, Youth and Leisure Time, Aarón de Mena, and the Councilor of Education and Culture, Milagros Hernández.

During the day, the Yebero City Council has presented at the Municipal Sports Center all the latest developments in the sports and cultural activities that will be launched this year to more than a hundred attendees. Specifically, practical classes have been developed for various sports disciplines, including soccer training exercises, five-minute mini-matches, children’s dance choreography, athletics and other sports, so that users had the opportunity to experience all of them in situ.

Three exhibitions have also been held, one for archery, another for judo and another for taekwondo. Likewise, the activities have been shown in cardiovascular and weight training rooms, athletics tracks, paddle tennis courts and the central court of the sports center. Likewise, the Municipal Sports Schools have been announced, which are currently accepting new registrations and provide a wide range of sports options for children and young people: indoor soccer, rhythmic gymnastics, basketball, volleyball, badminton, and a long etcetera.
