Toledo has become the epicenter of national badminton, but this time the protagonists have not been the athletes, but the referees. And it is that the capital of La Mancha has hosted, with the invaluable support of the Badminton Federation of Castilla La Mancha, the Conference for Updating Technical Arbitration Criteria that has brought together the national referees with the aim of clarifying and updating aspects of the different regulations, unify arbitration criteria and resolve doubts, among other issues.
Those Territorial Referees who have requested to take advantage of the Transitory Provision for the Homologation of National Referees and who have not previously acted in two official competitions have also met, so in this way they met the last necessary requirement to acquire this category. .
The speakers who have led these meetings have been Adrián Alcaide, representing the Federation’s Events Area, Lorenzo Moreno, as National Referee and President of the CNAB, and Carmen Martínez as arbitration expert and BWF Referee.
