Her name ? Olivier Richter says the “Dutch Giant”.

Initially self-conscious about his extraordinary size, the man was able to transform his difference into real strength.

Today an accomplished athlete, business leader and Hollywood starthe daily life of this mountain of muscles respects a particularly strict lifestyle.

On the program: one hour of training and no less than seven meals per day! Let’s follow him through a typical day.

8:00 a.m.: First meal and preparation of snacks for the rest of the day

After retrieving his bird from its cage to perch it on his shoulder, Olivier Richters sits down at the table for the first time of the day.

On his breakfast menu:

11:00 p.m.: sixth meal of the day

At 11:00 p.m., it’s time for the sixth and penultimate meal of the day.

The menu is exactly the same as breakfast.

So it’s again 1,400 calories that are ingested by the biggest bodybuilder on the planet, just before going to bed.

Who said you have to eat light in the evening?

3:00 a.m.: seventh meal of the day

At 3:00 a.m., the alarm goes off for the Dutch giant, who then eats a Quark (cottage cheese) placed right next to his bed.

A minute later, his stomach is full again, he goes back to bed to finish the night, before breakfast at 8:00 a.m.!

Olivier Richters: a daily nutritional intake as impressive as his muscles

Are you no longer hungry? We reassure you, neither do we! And for good reason.

Let’s summarize. During the day, the athlete ingested no less than:

607.12 g of carbohydrates; 528.6 g of protein; 193.52 g of lipids; 6383.7 calories.

More than three times the recommended intake for an “ordinary” adult man. However, these seven daily meals are essential for increasing your metabolism and strengthening your muscle mass day after day.

The Dutch giant in Hollywood

It was at the age of 20 that the young man began his physical transformation, going from 80 kg to 150 kg in just 8 years.

Today coveted by Hollywood, his extraordinary physique has earned him the opportunity to film alongside the greatest American actors.

The bodybuilder thus found himself starring in blockbusters, notably starring alongside Harrison Ford in the latest Indiana Jones (Indiana Jones and the Clock of Destiny).
