Frankly, I’m open to conflict because I think it’s necessary sometimes. In the group, we are brutally honest with each other. You can tell me stuff, I can tell you stuff, hoping that we can move forward fairly quickly. We talk about it at video sessions and we don’t beat around the bush even if obviously, we don’t endorse the story between Rudy and Kyle. What happened that day was simply the result of all the pressure.
It was the last game of the regular and we had to win it to secure the best possible position in the Play-In. They are two of our most competitive guys.
