At the initiative of Atout France and under the aegis of the Ministry responsible for Small and Medium Enterprises, Commerce, Crafts and Tourism, the projects selected by the Selection Committee are based on new innovative digital services intended to streamline all stages of travel in France. Particular emphasis is placed on the issues of accessibility for all, the strengthening of soft mobility, the treatment of peaks in traffic or baggage logistics as well as the provision of information promoting travel comfort.

The 14 winners

1. Paris I love you: “My Paris I love you” application from the Paris Tourist and Convention Office offering “all-in-one” tourist itineraries based on a wide choice of data: practical services and information, mobility solutions, medical services multilingual, tour suggestions, tourist activity reservations, ticket offices. Based on real-time mapping, the application allows, for example, to choose a mode of transport, visit an exhibition, choose a show and book directly.

2. Crowds: An application allowing visitors to know, in advance and in real time, the attendance at tourist sites in order to avoid peaks in traffic and thus better organize their visit.

3. Nannybag : An application offering a reinvented luggage storage/concierge system by connecting visitors with “Nannies” (partner businesses or hotels), watching over luggage for a few hours or several days.

8. Ezymob : A guidance solution (accommodation reservation, detection of free seats, etc.) intended for tourists with disabilities on Olympic reception sites.

14. Turtle : An application allowing you to benefit from a bicycle service with driver.

“All of these winners and their projects will make it easier for the many tourists who visit France each year, whether French or foreign. Improving the experience and the traveler journey means above all removing a certain number of constraints and stress which can weigh on tourists’ stay and thus make it less pleasant. France, the world’s leading destination, therefore has every interest in innovating to always better welcome and ensure that stays on our territory remain good memories” declares Olivia Grégoire, Minister Delegate in charge of Small and Medium Enterprises, Commerce, Crafts and Tourism.

“Atout France is pleased to contribute to the emergence and development of innovative solutions which will facilitate the stays of visitors expected in France for the Paris 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games and more broadly contribute to the quality of tourist reception in France » says Caroline Leboucher, General Director of Atout France.
