He played in 12 games and made 11 starts for the Appalachian League’s rookie Princeton Rays in 2019, going 2-5 with a 3.18 ERA.

Before being promoted to the High-A East Bowling Green Hot Rods for the 2021 season, the former outfielder spent his first 14 starts of the year with the Low-A East Charleston RiverDogs, where he went 9-3 with a 1.76 ERA won.
