The National Directorate of General Basic Education of the Ministry of Education (Meduca), develops the project ‘Training and teaching of mathematics and literacy learning’in which students from 200 educational centers prioritized.
They are enrolled in the project 42 thousand students from first to third grade of official schools, in the company of 32 zone supervisors, 200 directors and 1,840 teachers.
The implementation of educational practices contributes to the student learningTherefore, five specific components are present as a central input for children to learn.
Component 3 of comprehensive and continuous pedagogical support of the Improving the Efficiency and Quality of the Educational Sector (Mecse) program, developed together with the Organization of Ibero-American States (OEI) the implementation of a pedagogical and management intervention that focuses on the 200 schools.
The implementation considers five specific components that must reinforce each other: resources for learning, training for teachers and principalspedagogical support, the strategy for communication for behavior change and monitoring, follow-up and evaluation.
