CERVINO – The 40-year-old from Cervino remains in prison accused of physical violence against his wife. The decision was taken by the Court of Santa Maria Capua Vetere. The incident occurred in the middle of this week, when the man headed towards his wife’s family home with a baseball bat. The woman then alerted the Carabinieri who arrested the 40-year-old.
From the victim’s testimony it emerged that the man’s aggressive and violent conduct had been going on for a long time.
