Marco Verratti left Paris Saint-Germain to sign for Qatari club Al-Arabi. A transfer which brought in around €50 million for the capital club, but which caused a lot of ink to flow. This evening, the 30-year-old Italian midfielder received a message and not from just anyone.
On his Instagram pageLionel Messi wished his former PSG partner good luck. “Good luck for your new stage, Marco Verratti!!! You know I always wish you the best”, he posted. To which Verratti replied: ” thank you my friend “.
