Gabin Poulizac, judo teacher, carries out the lessons during the various slots and recalls the existing offers. Children can do judo from 4 years old. One lesson per week is offered to children aged 4 and 5, over a 45-minute slot. Beyond 5 years old, lessons last one hour. The club’s objectives are to introduce young people to judo and to prepare Ange Mestric (17) to obtain his black belt.
For people who want to stay in shape without fighting, a taïso course is offered, with muscle strengthening and endurance exercises adapted to each person’s skills.
The club offers a trial lesson in judo or taïso in the Lain room. I am happy to resume judo this year, explains Gabriel, a young judoka.
