Jr.NBA Clinic Powered by B.LEAGUE Expands Across Japan for 2023-24 Season

Various activities for 400 boys and girls aged 9 to 15, coaches and parents

On September 6th, the B.League announced that it will expand the scale of the “Jr.NBA Clinic Powered by B.LEAGUE”, which has been held in various places since January this year, and will be held throughout the 2023-24 season.

The clinic is a joint effort between the NBA’s global basketball program for boys and girls “Jr. NBA” and the B League. Last season it was held at 4 locations nationwide, but this season it will be held at 16 venues in 4 regions: Tohoku, Kanto, Tokai/Kansai, and Kyushu/Chugoku. Starting in Nagasaki on September 11th, more than 400 boys and girls will participate in various basketball activities.

The clinic will also host a coaching clinic that provides basketball education and sessions to educate parents on the importance of the parent’s role in youth sports. We aim to help grow and improve the basketball experience at the top as well as at the grassroots.
