Golf, Challenge tour Two French people in the top 10 of the Indoor Golf Group Challenge

The first round of the Indoor Golf Group Challenge on Swedish soil ended on Thursday. On the French side, Benjamin Hebert and Oihan Guillamoundeguy are 6th at -5. Zimbabwean Benjamin Follett-Smith is the leader.

Two Frenchmen occupy the top 10 at the end of the first round of the Indoor Golf Group Challenge. Benjamin Hebert, author of 7 birdies and 2 bogeys, is 6th at -5. The man with 6 victories on the Challenge Tour is joined by French rookie Oihan Guillamoundeguy. The 18-year-old scored 6 birdies for a bogey on the Landeryd Golf Club course.

On the side of their compatriot, Clément Berardo is in 29th position at -3 ahead of the 2023 French champion, Tom Vaillant, 46th at -2. In 75th place, Ugo Coussaud is at -1. The Frenchman, currently second in the Road to Mallorca, can hope to score points at the end of this tournament in order to overtake the first in the standings, the South African Casey Jarvis.

The winner of The Challenge 2023 tournament is accompanied by Victor Riu, Romain Wattel and Mathieu Decottignies-Lafon. In the par, Félix Mory and Frédéric Lacroix conclude the French ranking at 100th position.
