Disagreement Between Jalen Hurts and AJ Brown on Eagles Sideline During Victory Against Vikings

The dispute between Philadelphia Eagles x Minnesota Vikings took place at Lincoln Financial Field in Philadelphia. After the event, AJ Brown was the target of three consecutive passes. The player finished the game with four receptions for 29 yards and had a touchdown invalidated by a foul by Eagles running back Rashaad Penny.

In an interview with NJ.com, Jalen Hurts said that players on the field want to help win, make plays and, consequently, win games.

— I think everybody wants to make plays, and everybody wants to contribute,” Hurts said, via NJ.com.

Hurts also mentioned that he was not worried about the wide receiver, praising his teammate.

— I don’t worry about him. He’s a great player, great teammate, great friend. Let’s do anything and everything with victory in mind. — completed the player.

AJ Brown did not hold a press conference after the game.

Jason Kelce of the Eagles also commented on the disagreement between Jalen Hurts and AJ Brown

Jason Kelce, considered one of the best centers in the NFL and teammate of Hurts and Brown, commented on the tension between the players during Thursday Night Football, against the Minnesota Vikings. In an interview with NBC Sports journalist John Clark, Jason acknowledged that the team should be playing better, and tried to alleviate the situation by saying that he ‘wants players talking’ during the game.

— You want the guys to talk. We know we should be playing better than we are,” Kelce told John Clark of NBC Sports.

The Philadelphia Eagles’ next match in the 2023 NFL regular season is against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, in Tampa, Florida. The players will have more than a week of rest, as they only take the field again on September 25th, on Monday Night Football in week three.
