“I would like to point out immediately that I do not want to wage any battle against animals (especially dogs, I have had 3, and cats, 2), I simply want to highlight that, beyond the proclamations, we must remember that an anthropized environment, the need for rules to be able be livable.
The cat colonies, in addition to “raising motorists’ and citizens’ awareness of the presence of a group of cats”, should also guarantee public health and urban decorum. The affixing of that sign implies the identification of a person in charge, obliges the ASL to carry out inspections for the census, and identifies the place where the food is served.
The cat colonies identified by the administration do not have a manager, except one.
