JawaPos.com – Anthony Pinthus’ fatal blunder thwarted PSS Sleman’s struggle to steal a point during their visit to Segiri Stadium, Samarinda, home of Borneo FC on Sunday (17/9) evening.

Anthony Pinthus’ fatal blunder in the PSS match against Borneo FC occurred when the Filipino goalkeeper came out of his nest to collect the ball from Adam Alis’ pass in the air. Unfortunately, the 25 year old goalkeeper failed to secure the situation.

The ball from Adam Alis’ pass fell into Silverio Silva’s position. The Borneo player then easily threw the round ball into the empty goal moments before the referee blew the final whistle.
After the goal was scored, the referee immediately blew the whistle to signal the end of the match. Borneo FC also won 1-0 over guests PSS Sleman.
Borneo FC Dominates the Game

Playing in front of their own supporters, Borneo FC played carefully and maintained the tempo at the start of the match.
As the match progressed, Pieter Huistra’s men then dominated the match, trying to lock up Hokky Caraka and his colleagues in half the field.
