During the 2023 harvest Arsial offers the opportunity to visit its own experimental vineyards within the Velletri demonstration farm. Visits every day, from Monday to Friday.
It’s harvest time. The Arsial demonstration farm in Velletri, in Via Cantina Sperimentale 1/a, begins the grape harvest, with the resistant Sauvignon Rytos b vine.
As part of its demonstration activities, Arsial offers the possibility to the winemakers of the region, and to those who request it, within the limits of the reception possibilities, to visit the experimental vineyards of Velletri.
Access will be allowed every day until the end of the harvest, from Monday to Friday, from 9.00 to 14.00.

The vineyard area of the demonstration company extends for just under 4.5 hectares, on which over 130 varieties of native and resistant vines are planted, both for wine and table. The experimental tests, aimed at verifying the viticultural and oenological responses of the vines, are always carried out with the aim of reducing the environmental impact of the management.
