The fact dates back to a few mornings ago, around 10.30, in via Lama Golese, in the area of the old Reggio Emilia railway station: the two, as already specified, had been stopped by the military for a normal road check. However, their own agitation at the sight of the carabinieri delayed them.

The 33-year-old kept the hashish in the right front pocket of his shorts, along with cash, while a 63cm-long aluminum baseball bat was found in the trunk of the 25-year-old’s car.

For these reasons, on charges of detention for the purpose of drug dealing and port abuse of weapons or objects likely to offend, the Carabinieri of the mobile radio section of the Reggio Emilia company reported the two young men, who both live in city.

“The investigations relating to the procedure, in the preliminary investigation phase, will continue for the usual investigative insights for the purpose of evaluations and determinations inherent in the exercise of the criminal action” the men of the Arma say. At the same time, the military proceeded to seize the baseball bat and the drugs, the detention of which was traced back to drug dealing.
