Second division Fraport Skyliners and Bundesliga Chemnitz 99ers want the same player. However, he only has a contract with one of the teams. The Zoff was even negotiated in court.

However, he does not want to fulfill it. SPORT BILD learned: The player’s agent informed the Skyliners a few weeks ago that they wanted to change. This was after Adekunle had not mentioned these plans at all in the end-of-season conversation with the Frankfurt bosses.
Instead, the 2.00 meter man would like to continue his career at the BBL club Chemnitz 99ers. That’s why players and consultants went to the labor court.
There the judge confirmed: The contract in Frankfurt is valid.

Adekunle did not appear at the season opener last Saturday. Because he wants to provoke his expulsion?
Since then he hasn’t been seen in Frankfurt and has been training in Chemnitz ever since.

99ers spokesman Matthias Pattloch to SPORT BILD: “His contract situation is unclear and he keeps fit in Chemnitz. Apparently there are still things to be clarified between the player and Frankfurt. We can only wait. It’s no secret that we find the player interesting. He did not sign with Chemnitz. It would be nice for all three parties if the case could be resolved by the start of the season.”
Talks have already been held between the two clubs. Chemnitz is said to have signaled that it was not interested in committing Adekunle if the contract with Frankfurt was valid.
