The seventh edition of the Sotto Gamba Game is getting ready in San Vincenzo (Livorno) at the Resort Riva degli Etruschi. Aimed at overcoming any ideological or psychological prejudice and in the name of equal opportunities, the Under Gamba Game has long boasted numerous collaborations with other social events to create a national network on the territory with the common goal of changing the negative meaning of the word “diversity”. As usual the event, which will take place from Friday 15 to Sunday 17 September, will be of free access after completing the sport registration form at the link, you can choose the most suitable personal form: sport, blind people, accessible rooms, etc.
Building on the success of the previous ones, this seventh edition will offer an even wider choice of sports and entertainment: participants will be able to choose from more than twenty-five sea and land disciplines, all to be practiced and discovered: from sailing sports to basketball, from tennis to archery, from climbing wall to diving. New this year the football tournament Fistland Tuscany (Italian Paralympic Sports Federation of Relational Intellectuals), adaptive surfing with the technicians of the national team, a new entry also for judo and pole dance.
The collaboration and management of people with greater difficulties between the Italian Union of the Blind and Visually Impaired Tuscany Region continues again this year, with the Lucca section as leader, which will take care of the booking and assistance of all blind participants. Dynamo Camp will also be part of the event and will bring its experience to the workshop scheduled for Friday 15 September at 2-7pm where issues related to everyday life problems will be addressed.
