With a video, Spain’s blocked association boss Rubiales tries to discredit Jenni Hermoso. The situation came to a head on Wednesday evening: his mother collapsed as a result of her hunger strike and had to go to the hospital.
Spain’s football association RFEF has increased the pressure on its previous president Luis Rubiales. After the 46-year-old failed to comply with the request to resign because of the so-called “kiss affair”, the RFEF suspended him from work and stopped paying his salary. Rubiales was also asked to return his company car, company cell phone and a computer provided by the association.
