“At each stage, only the 12 best French people of each year of birth are qualified and 12 pairs in doubles, explains Fabien Julien, technical coordinator for the section, including Céline in single lady U14, 11th French qualified thanks to her victory at the interregional circuit. Céline Phanthavong started practicing at the age of 6, following the example of her cousins, then enrolled at the ESV like her brother Victor, who also stands out. She likes club games.

Its strong point?
