It is the novelty of summer 2023 (now running out) in terms of catering.
Is called “One-off experience“, with a reference to motoring, and is located along one of the main streets of Cerenova, in via Sergio Angelucci.
And restaurant Pizzeria which, however, has the ambition of also being an afternoon and evening meeting point, even for those who don’t just want to dine.
A tasty novelty, with a splendid wood-fired pizzaan internal car park and a location – close to the Paradise playground (one of the historic meeting places for the Cerveteran hamlet) – very central.
“We worked for a long time to open this place – explains the owner, Stefano Cardo – and we wanted to create something new in terms of hospitality and environment but which in terms of culinary offer is respectful of tradition”.
A name, “One-off Experience” which needs to be explained. “The reference is automotive (and outside the club there is a splendid vintage 600) and refers to a one-of-a-kind model that can be produced: well, we want to be unique and recognizable, give our customers a gastronomic experience different from the usual”.
Open to the public since last August 14, the venue is ambitious and wants to grow. “We started with a limited menu by choice, but the offer will gradually expand“, assures the owner again.
The response from customers has so far been good: on the one hand the novelty of the place, the charming rooms and the outdoor garden which is clearly an important added value in summer, but above all the quality of the gastronomic offer. “We always accept and even solicit advice, and any criticism, from our customers: for us it is an opportunity for growth”, concludes Stefano Cardu.
In short, for Cerenova a beautiful and tasty novelty in a general scenario that has in any case recorded a certain liveliness in recent years.
Marina di Cerveteri, also thanks to the redevelopment of seafront (but many other problems still remain to be solved) is experiencing a good moment: the opening of new commercial activities is proof of this.
