The operations took place in the Fuorigrotta district and in particular in the Diego Armando Maradona Stadium area, between Piazzale Tecchio and the neighboring streets that surround the large Neapolitan stadium. In particular, within a single room, during the checks on 8 slot machines, the presence of a false bottom was discovered, where a second electronic card had been hidden which made it possible not to count the bets, thus avoiding taxation of the amounts collected. They were so denounced for computer fraud and embezzlement both the proprietor and the owner of the commercial activity, while all the equipment, together with the relative proceeds of 6,590 euros, were placed under criminal seizure by the agents. 9 other machines, on the other hand, were administratively seized, together with the respective collection of 1,641 euros. The administrative constraint of another 12 machines has also been confirmed, under verification by the agents. Expensive fines for club managers: in total, there have been fines equal to 174 thousand euros.
