Inter Milan are reportedly offering €30m for Benjamin Pavard

Inter Milan have apparently made an official offer for Bayern Munich’s Benjamin Pavard. This is reported by Sky.

Accordingly, the Italian top club offers the German record champions 30 million euros including bonuses for the services of the French world champion. The player is said to have already informed Munich that he wants to leave the club.

Bayern, for their part, are demanding a transfer fee of at least 40 million euros. Apparently it is also conceivable that Pavard would be kept for another year and let him go free of charge next summer. The Frenchman’s contract runs until the end of June 2024.

At the press conference before the Bundesliga opener against Werder Bremen, coach Thomas Tuchel emphasized that he did not expect the central defender to leave. “Benji has not yet communicated to me that he wants to leave. And as of now there is no offer. Until that changes fundamentally, we are fully counting on him,” said Tuchel on Thursday afternoon.

FC Bayern: Pavrd came from Stuttgart in 2019

Pavard was last linked with Manchester United. Arsenal should also be interested.

The 27-year-old switched from VfB Stuttgart to FC Bayern in 2019 for a transfer fee of 35 million euros. He has made 163 appearances at FCB in five years, scoring 12 goals and providing 12 more assists.
