During a hearing held today, a Control Judge of the Tlalnepantla Judicial District ordered justified preventive detention against Manuel Alejandro “N”, who worked as a waiter at the Black Royce establishment and is being investigated for his probable involvement in related events. with the death of businessman Iñigo Arenas, registered on August 6 inside said bar, located in the municipality of Naucalpan.

The Agent of the Public Ministry of the Attorney General of the State of Mexico (FGJEM) provided evidence and filed charges for the crime of homicide against this individual, who would have participated in the possible commission of the criminal act.
