Lenty Frans (29) from Sint-Lenaarts tied the knot with her friend Leonie Witters (29) on Saturday. The former Miss Belgium herself announced this on Instagram.
“Mrs. & Mrs.” With that caption, Lenty Frans announces on Instagram that – after a three-year relationship – she has given the yes to her friend Leonie Witters. In the accompanying photo we see that both ladies have opted for a short white dress, which is matched with white bouquets.
The civil wedding took place on Saturday, followed by a ceremony and a big party for family and friends on September 2.
Lenty Frans, from Sint-Lenaarts in Antwerp, was elected Miss Belgium in 2016 and later came sixth in the Miss World pageant. She got to know Witters when she did an internship as a general practitioner in the hospital where Leonie was working as an assistant. Witters is a neurosurgeon in training.
