The American station CNN drew attention to a video from the final duel, from which it can be seen how the Spanish coach Jorge Vilda reaches for the breast of a member of the implementation team.
The coach grabbed his colleague’s private parts during the celebration of the only final goal scored by Olga Carmonaová.
Two days earlier, the whole football world was already dealing with a similar incident, when in moments of euphoria, the president of the Spanish federation, Luis Rubiales, distinguished himself by kissing the player Jenni Hermoso on the lips, without the footballer asking for it.

After a massive wave of criticism, the official has already apologized. Albeit in a rather shaky form. “I have to admit that I made a big mistake. It was without malice in a moment of great excitement. It felt natural to us at the time, but from an outside perspective it caused a stir. I have to apologize, learn from this and realize that when I am president, I have to be more careful,” Rubiales said.
But the case is not over. The Spanish Football Federation (RFEF) even called a general meeting due to the furor over the kiss. It will take place on Friday from 12:00 in Madrid and will cover “recent events during the award ceremony”, as announced by the RFEF.
CNN is also asking the Spanish federation for a statement on the behavior of Vida’s coach during the final match.
Coach Vida is quite a polarizing person. Last year, 15 players of the national team of the association sent a letter saying that they refuse to continue representing unless there is a change in the position of the head coach.
The players were annoyed by Vid’s methods. For example, he allegedly personally checked the contents of the women’s bags after they returned from shopping or ordered them to keep the doors of their rooms open until midnight so that he could keep an eye on them.
However, the union supported Vida at the time, and only three of the 15 signatories of the threatening letter did not participate in the spectacular campaign for gold.
