The English superstar recently raved about Ur-Bayer Thomas Müller (33) in a Sport BILD interview, saying: “A great guy who took great care of me from the start. He’s seen so many players come and go at Bayern Munich. And yet he approached me immediately with his openness. With his experience he can push the whole team and I look forward to getting to know him better.”

Does FC Bayern have a new dream duo? Straten: “First of all, we have to see whether it will be a dream. I think so. I think the chemistry is right. Thomas Müller is also a very open guy, very communicative, as we all know. Sometimes hard to stop.”
But one thing is already clear for Straten: The Kane transfer has created a completely new axis of power in the Bayern dressing room!

Straten: “I can well imagine that there will be a new axis of power with Kane and Thomas Müller, both on the pitch and in the dressing room. That could also shift the statics in the hierarchy a bit at FC Bayern in the team.
Next: “He seems very likeable, comes across incredibly well. This is in every respect – athletic and also human – a man with radiance. I’m excited to see how that develops.”

In his first Bundesliga game for the German record champions, Kane scored his first goal in a 4-0 win in Bremen and prepared Leroy Sané for the lead. The striker can do more on Sunday when Bayern are visiting FC Augsburg (5:30 p.m.).
Kane is now set in the top striker, in which Müller recently played again and again under both ex-coach Julian Nagelsmann (36) and Thomas Tuchel (49). This makes it even more difficult for Müller to fight his way into the Bayern starting XI.
Only a few people know that. Very spicy situation because of Reus!

Under coach Thomas Tuchel (49), he lost his place in the starting XI last season and was often only substituted on. Even Tuchel’s predecessor Julian Nagelsmann (35) had done without Müller in the starting XI several times.
But as one of the “chiefs” in the Bayern dressing room, Müller is still one of the winners of the still young season at FC Bayern…
