TikTok’s Rapid Growth Predicts 955.3 Million Users by 2025, But Falls Short of Instagram and YouTube

TikTok is a popular social media platform that allows users to create, share, and discover creative short videos. Launched in 2016 by Chinese company ByteDance, TikTok has quickly become a global app with millions of users worldwide.

According to the estimate provided by Statista and presented by analysts at Basketball Insiders, TikTok will reach 955.3 million users worldwide by 2025, up from 834.3 million users in 2023, representing an increase of 121 million users. This will result in a 14% increase in the number of users globally in just two years.
