The Xàtiva Badminton Club will be present next weekend in the third test of the National Parabadminton and Inclusive Circuit, which will be held on July 29 and 30 in Toledo. The club athlete Selenia Pla will compete in the SL4 women’s singles events; in the mixed doubles SL4-SU5, that he will play together with his usual teammate Pablo Serrano, from CB Astures; and he will also play in the inclusive modality, in which Selenia will form a pair with Miguel Ángel Polo.
The CB Xàtiva athlete has been preparing throughout this month of July for this event, participating one more year in the Parabadminton summer camp organized in Toledo and that it has the presence of all the athletes of the Spanish Parabadminton Team and the corresponding technical staff. The campus began last Tuesday, July 25, and will end next Sunday, July 30, focusing on training activities at a technical and tactical level. This campus coincides with the third test of the National Parabadminton and Inclusive Circuit, which will take place over the weekend.
Besides, Badminton Xàtiva athletes face this week the last week of training in July and from the club they show that they will do so with “the satisfaction that the work carried out will allow them to take a few days off, to face the second part of the season in optimal conditions, since for the month of September there are already several appointments of a national nature marked on the competitive calendar in several of the categories”, stand out from the Setabense club.
