The CaixaBank-Venero Claro Camp Kicks Off for Another Exciting Summer of Fun and Learning

This Wednesday, July 19, the season of the CaixaBank-Venero Claro Camp has started, an activity of Fundación Ávila in collaboration with CaixaBank in which more than 300 boys and girls will participate during the summer.

This first shift opens its doors to 186 minors from the province who, until July 30, will enjoy a wide range of recreational and educational activities in the privileged natural environment of the Fundación Ávila facilities in the Alberche valley.

The participants in the camp will have the opportunity to practice more than a dozen sports disciplines including kayaking, archery or swimming, they will develop recycling and renewable energy workshops that educate in respect for the environment and they will carry out socio-cultural activities that range from carrying out a newspaper to driver’s education on scooters, going through treasure hunts, balloon twisting or batuka, without forgetting the traditional evening evenings.

In addition, this year a ‘King’s League’ competition will be held, a modality created by the ‘streamer’ Ibai Llanos and the ex-soccer player Gerard Piqué.

The XI CaixaBank-Venero Claro Camp will also hold a second round that will take place from August 2 to 13.
