Even so, on July 12, Shakira was seen in a restaurant with the Miami Heat star, Jimmy Butler. There began rumors of a new romance between the artist and the basketball player.
The American medium ‘US Magazine’ has assured that a source close to the Colombian artist’s environment has revealed that “They’ve been out a few times, but it’s still too early to tell if there’s long-term potential.”
Although Butler is 13 years younger than Shakira, they have assured that neither of them is bothered by the age difference: “Jimmy makes Shakira smile and she is happy to spend time with him. They’ve only known each other for a short time and recently started following each other on social media.”
