But now the new Federer property is really taking shape. Almost five years after the start of construction, most of the buildings are standing. It becomes clear how big the project actually is: it involves six different houses, as the photos from Nau.ch show.
An entire Federer district is being built on its 16,000 square meter site. This includes huge, multi-story buildings with underground parking. What exactly these are planned for and who is to move in is still unknown.
But the pictures show that after a long wait things are really moving forward. There are still cranes and construction containers around – nevertheless: In the foreseeable future, the villa with a view of Lake Zurich should be ready for Roger and his family to move into.
