Second consecutive defeat for Standard

Club Brugge loses to Feyenoord
Club Brugge had to lose out against Feyenoord, the Dutch champions, on Wednesday during a training period. Coach Ronny Deila still had to do without internationals and saw his team fall 2-0 before the break. A defeat was superfluous, because Vermant and Sandra both missed a penalty.
Westerlo records first victory after strong practice pot against Heerenveen
A day after the defeat against PEC Zwolle (3-1), Westerlo won its first exhibition match against Heerenveen. Vaesen and Van den Keybus made it 0-2 after the break.

Efficient Buffalos beat underaged Utrecht
AA Gent is on an internship in the Netherlands and played an exhibition game against FC Utrecht on Wednesday evening. OH Leuven easily beats Beveren
