Novak Djokovic Withdraws from Toronto Tournament Due to Fatigue

Novak Djokovic will not participate in the ATP 1000 tournament in Toronto the week after next. The second in the world rankings justifies his withdrawal with tiredness. He has already won the most important tournament in Canada four times.

Just over a week ago, the “Djoker” had to admit defeat in the Wimbledon final against youngster Carlos Alcaraz (20). For the first time in ten years, he was defeated again at the lawn classic in London and thus missed his 24th Grand Slam title.

The lost final over five sets is apparently still in the bones of the Serbs. Instead of going to Toronto, Djokovic went on vacation with his family. This is shown by photos that are currently circulating on social media.

In the pictures, Novak can be seen with his loved ones on a yacht. According to reports, they initially stayed near Montenegro. They were last spotted off Copacabana Beach in Dubrovnik, Croatia.

Djokovic is allowing himself a short recovery phase. However, the 36-year-old does not have much time to laze around. At the end of August, the last Grand Slam tournament of the year starts with the US Open in New York.
