LeBron James Considers Retirement and Playing with Son in the NBA

LeBron James set off alarm bells in the NBA just after being eliminated with the Los Angeles Lakers in the Western Conference Finals by the Denver Nuggets, in a series that they swept 4-0.

The ‘King’ James opened the door to a possible retirement and for now he has not defined what he will do with his future.

There has been much speculation about the team where he could continue his career, a couple of days ago, reports indicated that Kyrie Irving was convincing him to leave for the Dallas Mavericks.

The truth is that LeBron still has a contract with the Lakers, but he has expressed wanting to play alongside or against his son Bronny James, now that he is starting his career in the NBA; this as a ‘last wish’ before retirement.

“I need to be on the court with my son, I have to be on the court with Bronny. Either with the same uniform or a confrontation against him. But I would love to do the whole Ken Griffey Sr. and Ken Griffey Jr. thing. I’m sure that would be ideal”, were the words of James long ago.

The sports television network ESPN made a projection in which Bronny James will be selected with pick number 19 in the next NBA draft, a selection that the Atlanta Hawks have via the Sacramento Kings.

After learning this information, LeBron James reacted on his social networks to the possibility: “Well, ATL shawty the James gang will be coming!”

The Atlanta Hawks star did not hesitate to also react to the possibility and commented “We’ll talk soon”, it would be interesting to see the actions of both players defending the same team.
