The Hamburg Towers from the Basketball Bundesliga (BBL) have signed the player of the year in the British league. The US forward VJ King is moving from the Bristol Flyers to the Hanseatic city and was given a one-year contract there. “I followed VJ closely last season and wanted to bring him to Hamburg during last season,” said coach Benka Barloschky about the 26-year-old. “He brings an exciting package of size, skill and athleticism.
