We met melyssa17 years old, who has been playing ultimate for 6 years at the club The Disconnected. A sport of which she does not hide her passion, since she discovered it in college. ” I really like the collective spirit that this discipline represents, there are strong moments there, like the last time we went to Portugal for a European championship. What I would like is for people to stop saying in schoolyards that ultimate is not a sport! », says Melyssa. ” The Sports Challenges allow us to promote our sports, such as ultimate, which is not known to the general public” she concludes.

Unbelievably, it requires technique to throw a Frisbee correctly. To get an idea of it, nothing better than getting caught up in the game!
